Overall, the hotel is comfortable. I loved the beach area — it’s very relaxing. The staff is very kind. The waiters Rodrigo and Leonel, and Mr. Arturo were very attentive; their service is truly professional.

The best hotel in the area. Great service and the waiters were excellent — especially Rodrigo, who was very kind and kept taking care of us even until his shift ended. Truly a highly recommended hotel.
